On November 4th, 2022 we hosted our third annual CEO Mastery Workshop at the Florida Aquarium in Downtown Tampa! Our entire brokerage was invited to attend to sharpen their skills and better serve their customers! The full day event was offered exclusively to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group agents and was at no charge to them. A full day of general sessions, back-to-back courses, lunch, and endless networking this event was in full attendance with about 430 attendees learning to become their own CEO. The day began with the local EDC’s from Pasco, Lakeland, Tampa, and Pinellas giving an hour long informational session about What’s Happening In Your Backyard! Agents then broke out into smaller classes of their choice; 3 courses were running simultaneously as agents chose whichever course best fits their business model best! In between courses, the agents got ten-minute breaks to network with our sponsors and vendors in the vendor hall. We were so incredibly pleased with the vendors and sponsors that joined us, our agents raved about the conversations had and items learned from these individuals. With that being said, we want to give a special shout-out to our Presenting Sponsors, HomeTeam Inspection Service, The Speculo Group, & Chalk Digital! Events like our CEO Mastery Workshop simply can’t happen without the support and partnerships of wonderful businesses like these. Each of these companies serve the real estate industry so well and were able to give out some really great advice and create some fabulous relationships with our agents. The attendees were given an hour mid-day lunch break, served by the Florida Aquarium. After lunch, the courses started right back up for agents to learn even more about how to strengthen their business and be the best-trusted advisor to their customers. To finish off the day, Chad Dumas from Reece Nichols in Kansas City, MO was our closing keynote speaker! He led an amazing session on how to truly thrive in a market shift.
