Well, maybe not a “party” but we are all about making events fun! 

While helping you become your own successful CEO is our number one goal… we like to have a little fun while getting there! Whether it’s a training, convention, holiday party, office gathering, or just a normal day, we like to always add some fun. Getting to know your colleagues on a personal level and having an enjoyable and happy work environment can make or break your choice of a brokerage. Our goal is to create an environment and culture that is attractive and draws people towards, not scares them away. After all, we are real people with real goals, that like to have real big fun!

Party down with your fellow Florida Properties Group agents and thousands of network agents from across the world at the annual national convention! The national convention typically occurs in March of each year and is a great way to network with your local peers and those in other regions {hello referrals}, learn from top notch experts in all areas of business, and our favorite part… to have FUN! There is always a big entertainer for the Sunshine Kids Benefit concert and tons of smaller events throughout the 3-day span. You won’t regret registering and investing in going to the national sales convention!

Summit Conference, an annual event for the network’s top sales professionals, includes sessions on luxury strategies, digital marketing, negotiation, branding and business growth, as well as many networking events. It’s an opportunity for real estate professionals to keep current with best practices for selling luxury properties. It’s also a chance to recharge the batteries for a strong close to the sales year.

LPS is an invitation-only event, welcoming high-end buyers, investors, VIPs and wealthy individuals. More than 12,000 visitors and 200 luxury real estate companies are anticipated to attend the event. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices purchases a booth at this prestigious expo and provide the opportunity for five companies (or agents) to join them.

Our marketing team participates in an annual event called Marketing Forum where Marketing Directors and Leaders from our affiliates join together in the marketplace of a chosen affiliate. It’s at Marketing Forum where we gather ideas from our fellow marketers in all different types of markets to implement into our calendar for the upcoming year!

Every March, we celebrate our Elite – the award-winning agents’ accomplishments in the previous year with a morning awards ceremony and a late brunch.

Join in on the fun for a fantastic group of kids, the Sunshine Kids! Our annual Clay Shoot is a day to enjoy friends, shoot some clay, and raise money for children with cancer across the country. We’ve raised upwards of $20,000 each year for the Sunshine Kids and we are honored to be able to do that!

Think pep-rally meets real estate. What a combination, right? In January 2019, we planned and introduced our first annual Cab Bash and it’s been a hit. We wanted a way for our agents and staff to kick start the new year with enthusiasm and excitement! We encourage your office to band together and show off your spirit as there is a spirit stick on the line – which means bragging rights for the next year.

Let’s not just talk about how much we love our communities, but actually show it! Our “Be the Sunshine” campaign is a week-long event where our offices choose a project to work on and volunteer their time within the community. Each office will dedicate a morning or afternoon on one day during this week. This is a great chance for us to make a difference in our communities!

For over 20 years, Florida Properties Group has led an annual trip to Orlando called “Fun N Sun”. This event brings kids in from across the country to enjoy a week of fun in the sun at the Orlando theme parks and attractions, including Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Disney World! Participation in our annual Clay Shoot and contributions made throughout the year help put on this super fun event that the kids look forward to year after year.

Our annual Fall Fun Fest is just what it sounds like… an evening of fun! We wanted a way to get our entire organization together for an evening of pure enjoyment. We choose a central location to unwind and get to mingle with our agents and staff, alike! Complete with food, drinks, and definite fun – this is an event you don’t want to miss!

Each holiday season our offices join in on a food and toy collection to support Metropolitan Ministries. Then, Allen and Dewey rent a large U-Haul truck dubbed the “Cabernet Sleigh” to go pick up the donations collected by each of our offices in the Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.

Some of our offices love to take their together-ness to a whole other level and they host a Book Club! Wine may or may not be involved, but what can be guaranteed is a way to connect with your peers and learn how to be a better business owner along the way.

We truly believe that together we are better, so we love to get together as much as possible! You and your plus one are invited to join in on our annual company outing, which could be attending a baseball game or even laughing out loud at a comedy club!

We wanted a way {or excuse} for each of our offices to have some fun throughout the year. So we came up with Party in a Box, complete with activities and ideas for you to party with your fellow office-mates. Whether it’s a virtual Cinco de Mayo to see who can make the best-looking margarita or a hearty pot-luck style Thanksgiving feast, you’re sure to enjoy the company of your peers and have fun doing it!


From the very start, we want to make sure you have the training you need to build a successful real estate business. There is an array of different classes, sessions and trainings in place from one-on-one to group settings for you to take advantage of.


Our onboarding specialists work with you and others in a small group setting to make sure all of your technologies and gadgets are synced up and ready to work! From printers to Cab Corner, they are there to help you get it all set up!


Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices University (BHU) is our version of the coursework needed to “graduate” and have a successful career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as your business partner! This four-week course covers everything from the tools available to negotiating tactics.


Before you kick off your classes with BHU, Getting Connected is our version of “orientation”. It’s in Getting Connected where you get to see the faces of the different departments, such as Marketing, Preferred Lending Services and Commercial!


We truly believe in our message that we want you to be the best CEO of your small business you can be. So we introduced our CEO Sessions, which is a total of eight round-table discussions based around a business building topic. You are invited to a certain session based on your experience, so you are among like-producing agents for a richer conversation.


Our mastermind sessions are invite-only with only one spot reserved per office. These agents are among the top and most-seasoned agents and they discuss initiatives and ideas to help propel our company forward!



One week a year, the marketing department {see them below!} gets together and locks themselves in a room. We call this week “Marketing Underground.” It’s a week where the marketing department {and a few other friends} plan out the entirety of the next year and cannot be found… because we’re underground, get it? This includes our brand voice and brand image and our overarching goal that everything is working toward.

Great ideas have been born from this session. Things like our Buyer and Seller kits, the BHHS Swag Shop, and the CEO Workshop were all products of this weeklong brainstorm. That’s just the tip of the iceberg!

By the end of the week, the walls are lined with bright posterboards with words, phrases, and ideas scribbled about. The table is littered with laptops, snacks, notebooks and coffee cups galore. There is a sense of accomplishment for what we’ve put together, but then reality kicks in and we realize the ambitious project list we have created. This can seem overwhelming, but we love it and THRIVE thinking of how every single project, social media post, and initiative will push our agents and brand to the next level.

Marketing is a HUGE part of your job as a real estate agent. With all of the tools and resources we provide you and the ever-evolving digital marketing world, we know it can become overwhelming. That’s where our Marketing Roadshows come into play. The marketing and education department teams up and makes their way around to our offices in our 6 different counties for a day of marketing training with an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a member of the marketing or education department! Roadshows are something you do not want to miss and happen twice a year!

Our biggest training event of the year, the CEO Mastery Workshop, is a full day of courses with experts in an array of fields, including the tools you use on a daily basis! We’ve had presenters and key-note speakers like Allan Dalton, SVP of Research and Development, Chris Stuart, CEO of HSF Affiliates, and members of the Tampa EDC. Our goal with this workshop is for you to gain valuable knowledge and tangible advice for building your business.

We know that having a large geographical footprint is a benefit to agents who help their customers throughout the Tampa Bay MSA and beyond. Our goal is to choose our office locations in places that are convenient for you, your customer, and the general public! That also means training opportunities need to be as convenient as possible for every agent & office too. We know it isn’t always ideal to travel to our South Tampa office where the bulk of our training courses are held, so we bring the Education Department to your offices! Be sure to keep an eye out for when these training sessions come to your office.

Keep updated on market stats, where your office stands in the market, learn about a marketing or tech tool, and hear important company announcements.
