CEO Mastery Workshop Recap

On November 5th, 2021 we hosted our second annual CEO Mastery Workshop at the Florida Aquarium in Downtown Tampa! All of our real estate agents were invited to the workshop to enhance their toolbox when it comes to running their business as an efficient and successful CEO. This day-long event was a major success and got our agents motivated to kick-start their business! A full day of general sessions, back-to-back courses, lunch, and endless networking this event was in full attendance with about 400 agents learning to become their own CEO. The day began with the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Christy Budnick kicking off an inspiring and informational hour-long session. Agents then broke out into smaller classes of their choice; 3 courses were running simultaneously as agents chose whichever course best fits their business model best! In between courses, the agents got ten-minute breaks to network with our sponsors and vendors in the vendor hall. We were so incredibly pleased with the vendors and sponsors that joined us, our agents raved about the conversations had and items learned from these individuals. After lunch, the courses started right back up for agents to learn even more about how to strengthen their business and be the best-trusted advisor to their customers. To finish off the day, Allan Dalton, from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National spoke and gave fantastic advice on communication to our agents and how to position themselves in this industry by using certain dialects.
